Pro Wrestling has a deep rooted tradition of focusing on the future and nitpicking what aspects of the past to shine upon. Whether it was Verne Gagne, Dusty Rhodes, Jim Crockett, Ole Anderson, or even Vince McMahon, every promoter knows that is all about the next show, the next EVENT you have to highlight and promote. Because of the breakneck speed at which we are exposed to wrestling, especially these days, it is easy to completely forget moments, matches, or even wrestlers themselves even existed!
